What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability.
Is there a minimum stay?
No minimum stay required. You can book for just one night, though we recommend at least 3 nights to fully enjoy Santa Teresa.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a partially refundable cancellation policy. Please contact us directly for the specific conditions — we're always happy to find a solution.
Is parking available?
Yes — free private parking is included for all apartments. Secure and directly on the property.
Are pets allowed?

Do you offer airport transfers?
We can arrange transfers from Cobano Airport (25 min) or San José (4 hours). Contact us for rates and availability.

Yes — 100MB fiber WiFi is included in all apartments, free of charge. Strong enough for video calls and remote work.
